Donna Lazartic joined Parker in 2008 and brings more than 25 years of broad-based executive management experience in business administration, operations, product management, and marketing with Fortune 500 companies.

Ms. Lazartic has a passion for serving seniors and a commitment to the missions of non-profit organizations. She served for eight years in leadership positions with Arbor Glen, a non-profit continuing care retirement community, including interim CEO, HR director, vice chairperson, Marketing chairperson and Finance Committee member.

Deeply rooted in her community, Ms. Lazartic has also served as finance warden, Capital Campaign and Historic Preservation chairperson, and Endowment Committee chairperson for St. John’s Episcopal Church in Somerville, NJ.

Ms. Lazartic is a licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA) and holds a BS in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Marketing from Illinois Benedictine University.
