PARKER at THE PAVILION
ADULT DAY CENTER
Parker Adult Day Center is a premier provider of adult day social and medical services.  Designed to be an alternative to home health, nursing homes or assisted living residences, the Center offers a daytime program of recreational activities, social services and nursing care in a safe, caring environment.   

A dedicated staff of registered nurses, social workers, certified nursing assistants, and recreation coordinators is available to ensure that your participation in our adult day program meets all your needs.

We offer a structured day program consisting of a wide array of therapeutic services. These include intergenerational opportunities, access to a tranquil outdoor setting, engaging activities and outings based on interests and abilities, an individualized plan of care, and supportive services that are available for the participants and their caregivers.

Our mission is to create and maintain an environment that enhances the lives of our participants. Each participant’s medical and psychosocial needs are addressed through a person-centered and holistic approach to caring for the body, mind, and spirit. The goal of the program is to promote the optimal well-being of each participant.

Families are assisted in their caregiver role through support groups, counseling, respite, and education. Through these efforts, families gain a sense of comfort and peace of mind, knowing their loved one is in a warm, safe, and secure environment.

Social program offers services to promote social stimulation in a safe and secure environment.  Members will enjoy fun and enriching activities, trips and outings, exercise program. delicious,  nutritional meals.   The program is available Monday through Friday 9 A.M. to 2 P.M. and participants may choose to join from 2 to 5 days per week.  Transportation is available in our services area.

Medical services include physical, speech, and occupational therapy; podiatry care; medication administration; and assistance with activities of daily living. Complimentary transportation is available to all participants who are within our service area.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. Participants can choose to attend between two and five days a week.

The program offers a year-round open enrollment policy for members of the community. Financial assistance including Medicaid is available for those who qualify.
