PARKER at STONEGATE
ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENCE

PARKER at Stonegate Assisted Living Residence is highly desirable long-term community, at this time there is no immediate availability resulting in a waitlist. A Reservation Fee Agreement is required to place on the wait-list.

Reservation Fee

At the time a suite selection is made, a $1,000 Reservation Fee is required which will be applied to your first month's payment upon move-in. The Reservation Fee is non-refundable unless admission is denied. A completed admission application must also be submitted to get on the Stonegate wait list. There may be a waiting period and Parker Home cannot guarantee admission.

Assisted Living Admission Process

Upon receiving the completed Reservation Fee and Admission Application, all applicants will be placed on a Stonegate wait list. Once a suite becomes available and the suite is accepted, the admission process may begin. To ensure a smooth transition, our Admissions Coordinator will be available to assist throughout the admission process.
