OUR VISION
The Francis E. Parker Memorial Home will be a recognized not-for-profit leader in serving frail, chronically ill, disabled adults and their caregivers with a continuum of long term care services in New Jersey. As such, Parker will be a role model in providing highly customized, person-centered, skilled nursing care, and a resource to long-term care professionals and educators and to the communities in which they serve. As a charitable organization, Parker will purposefully sustain and leverage its resources to enable accessibility and affordability of a range of long-term care services including skilled nursing, medical, social, dementia, end-of-life, residential, supportive, rehabilitative, home- and community-based, and educational/training services.

To achieve this vision, Parker will continue to develop strong, passionate leaders in a caring, customer-focused, forward-thinking culture to build best-practice capabilities that:
  • Offer a single point of entry to Parker’s network of services through effective case/care management
  • Support the navigation of and access to diverse funding sources for users of Parker’s services
  • Create personalized, aesthetically rich environments that nurture the human spirit
  • Attract, respect, empower, grow, and retain a diverse team of top talent at all employment levels
  • Foster strong, collaborative partner relationships that extend Parker’s impact
  • Extend knowledge of innovative long-term care and healthy aging practices through training, education, and research
  • Affiliate with leading educational centers to educate and train tomorrow’s geriatric health care professionals
  • Leverage enabling technologies to enhance quality of life and operational efficiencies
  • Build understanding of customers' needs and expectations and promote Parker as a valuable provider to the public
