The Andrew J. Markey Center for Health and Wellness is designed to enrich the overall wellness of our residents and guests, while maximizing their independence. The center is located within The Pavilion on the River Road campus.

Through the practices of the Eden Alternative™, we have created a health and wellness center that embraces personal growth and enrichment through an array of physical activities.

Our state-of-the-art fitness center is fully equipped with Keiser training and cardio equipment. Our trainer is available to help you meet your personalized fitness goals. While the center is open to all Parker residents, residents will need to have a full orientation of the center and medical clearance prior to use.

To help residents become more active, energized, and empowered, we offer the following supervised fitness classes:

Yoga Aquacise

Balance and Strength Training Flexibility and Stretching

Residents will enjoy our heated indoor swimming pool and whirlpool/spa. The pool is fully handicapped accessible and a lifeguard is present at all times. Guests also are welcome, when accompanied by a resident. Locker room service with complimentary towels is provided.

Looking for a haircut, perm, or manicure? These services and more are available at the Henrietta Beauty Salon and Spa. Appointments are necessary.

SunDance Rehabilitation provides residents with on-site physical therapy in treatment rooms, in the fitness center, or in the comfort of their own suite.
