PARKER's Health and Wellness Center membership program is designed exclusively for older adults (55+) who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance, mobility and endurance. Certified personal trainers welcome you with a customized fitness program that is designed to meet individual needs and abilities, then work with you one-on-one to help you stay on track.

- Exercise in our state-of-the-art Fitness Center with specially designed Keiser Strength-Training Equipment.
- Enjoy swimming or an aquacize class in our indoor, heated, ADA-accessible pool and spa.
- Engage in group exercise classes instructed specifically for older adults.
- Work with certified personal trainers to support your strength, endurance, balance and mobility goals.
- Get help improving your physical abilities with on-site personal rehabilitation therapies in the comfort of our private spa rooms.
- Experience challenging specialty classes such as Tai Chi, Yoga and Zumba.
- Choose from a variety of health, social and community lectures and events that promote the benefits of healthy aging.

Our senior-friendly fitness center is fully equipped with the latest strength training and cardio equipment. The indoor swimming pool and whirlpool/spa are comfortably heated and fully ADA-accessible, with a certified lifeguard on-duty at all times. You can join in small group exercise and aquatics classes designed specifically for older adults and taught by specially trained instructors.
Members can receive outcome-focused physical, occupational aquatic and restorative therapies offered by skilled on-site rehabilitation therapists.
Enjoy therapeutic full body or chair massages in a private room to further support your health and well-being. Join a variety of special events, programs, lectures and health fairs to further promote the benefits of healthy aging.
